Support Center subscription |

Your Joomla! website comes with a standard 30 day Support Center subscription that entails:
- Joomla tech-support: covering Joomla related technical issues (server and hosting issues are not covered!)
- CMS (how to) support: if you run into problems updating your content we're on stand-by to offer you advise and support
- Automatic Joomla! updates and upgrades: the Joomla CMS is, much like the operating system on your pc or Mac, constantly being updated with new features, security patches and bug-fixes. When you're subscribed we make sure that your Joomla CMS is always up to date!
- Database and CMS backups and restore service: it is common for your hosting provider to run regular backups of the server data in case something goes wrong. It can however, be a total time consuming nightmare to restore your website after a crash when technical web-stuff is not your cup of tea. Subscribers enjoy the backup and restore service: we run monthly backups of your database and CMS and in case of an emergency will restore the most recent version on file for you.
- You can submit an unlimited number of support tickets
- The Support Center operates Monday to Friday (with the exeption of holidays, which are announced in the support center)
- We have an average response rate that is under 24 hrs and most of the time get back to you the same day!
The Support Center service does not include creating, adding or editting content, hosting or server issues.
